* Move files

* Update paths

* Rename import variables

* Rename /server to /writer

This is mainly because "React Server Server" is weird so we need another
dimension.

* Use "react-server" convention to enforce that writer is only loaded in a server

react-client

This is an experimental package for consuming custom React streaming models.

Its API is not as stable as that of React, React Native, or React DOM, and does not follow the common versioning scheme.

Use it at your own risk.
