mofeiZ 526dd340b3 [compiler][patch] Emit unary expressions instead of negative numbers (#33383 )

This is a babel bug + edge case.

Babel compact mode produces invalid JavaScript (i.e. parse error) when
given a `NumericLiteral` with a negative value.

React Compiler

React Compiler is a compiler that optimizes React applications, ensuring that only the minimal parts of components and hooks will re-render when state changes. The compiler also validates that components and hooks follow the Rules of React.
