Andrew Clark 1528c5ccdf SchedulerMock.unstable_yieldValue -> SchedulerMock.log (#26312 )

(This only affects our own internal repo; it's not a public API.)

I think most of us agree this is a less confusing name. It's possible
someone will confuse it with `console.log`. If that becomes a problem we
can warn in dev or something.

react-cache

A basic cache for React applications. It also serves as a reference for more advanced caching implementations.

This package is meant to be used alongside yet-to-be-released, experimental React features. It's unlikely to be useful in any other context.

Do not use in a real application. We're publishing this early for demonstration purposes.

Use it at your own risk.
