808e5bddaf Rephrase and reorganize 
- Move Motivation to top @bvaughn
- Copy in some Motivation text from the RFC for the intro para
- Update examples
  - Remove state from simple example
  - Remove "random color" example;
  just toggle a theme variable instead
- Update highlights
